Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at cigomohave.org or enrolling in any CigoMohave Training Institute programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Course Registration and Payment

Registration Process

Course registration is completed upon receipt of full payment and signed enrollment agreement. All students must provide accurate personal and contact information during registration.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to secure your course enrollment
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment methods
• Course fees are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

• 30+ days before course start: Full refund minus RM 200 administrative fee
• 15-29 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund, but may transfer to future course

Institute Cancellations

CigoMohave reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive full refunds or may transfer to alternative dates.

Course Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions punctually
• Follow safety protocols and laboratory procedures
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Take responsibility for personal belongings
• Comply with all facility rules and regulations

CigoMohave reserves the right to dismiss students who violate conduct policies without refund.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, presentations, videos, and cultivation techniques, are proprietary to CigoMohave Training Institute. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

Liability and Insurance

Students participate in training activities at their own risk. CigoMohave maintains appropriate insurance coverage, but students are encouraged to verify their personal insurance covers training activities. The Institute is not liable for personal injuries or property damage except in cases of proven negligence.

Course Completion and Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including attendance, practical assessments, and any required assignments. Certificates are issued by CigoMohave Training Institute and represent completion of specific training programs.

Website Use and Privacy

Use of our website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Users agree not to misuse website content or attempt to disrupt website functionality. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

CigoMohave's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from course participation or website use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through Malaysian courts or alternative dispute resolution methods as appropriate.
